Thomas has more than 20 years of experience working with leadership and management of pharmaceutical development both as line manager and project leader. Projects have ranged from very early research phase to late phase and even marketed projects – both small molecules and biologics incl. medical device development and in a range of different therapeutic areas (a.o. osteoporosis, endocrinology, autoimmune). He has worked internationally in both small biotech companies and large multinational pharmaceutical corporations and he has hands-on experience in working with regulatory agencies in all parts of the world.
